Summary: The theory behind this story is what if Tsuzuki and Muraki met in a past life, the life before Tsuzuki died and became a Guardian of Death. It's AU because it's based solely on the anime, not the manga at all, and what we came up with to fill in the gaping holes in both Tsuzuki and Muraki's history. This also explains Muraki's instant obsession with Tsuzuki.
